The trial results of potato wild species resistance to late blight of leaves, black leg activators, viruses PVY, PVM, PVX are presented. As a result of 238 samples of 15 wild species estimation on resistance to late blight of leaves with 7 - 9 points resistance, 163 were selected. Samples of the species S.stoloniferum, S.verrucosum, S.sucrense, S. papita and S. commersonii were characterized by a high level resistance to late blight. The greatest number of genotypes with rather high and high resistance to black leg activators was isolated in species S.pinnatisectum, S.sucrense and S.chacoense. 55 samples with the level of 7 - 9 points resistance were selected. In the test on virus resistance the greatest number of relatively resistant to PVY samples was isolated among the species S.tarijense - 66,6%; S.microdontum - 66,6; S.jamesii - 53,3; S.pinnatisectum - 59,1; S.polytrichon - 66,7; S.stoloniferum – 57,1 and S.chacoense - 45,8%. The following species were selected by the resistance to PVX: S.kurtzianum (58,3%), S.berthaultii (61,5), S.commersonii (50,0), S.tarijense (50,0), S.stoloniferum (57,1%). Resistant to PVM samples were detected in S.pinnatisectum and S.jamesii. In total, according to the test date 62 samples with high resistance to PVY, 48 - to PVX, 7 - to PVM were selected
