Complex of scientific research and developments realized in course of search for the most admissible gears, methods, forms, models, recommendations and proposals on the increasing of the economic efficiency, strategic steadiness and competitive strength of agroindustrial complex (and first of all, agricultural production branch) of the Republic of Belarus was presented. Precise definitions of gears and ways of development of modern market economics were given. The main emphasis was given to the development of the guidelines and measures for the transition of the national agroindustrial complex to the activities based on the principles of self-repayment and self-financing, self-control and self-management using market relations methods. Main measures of the financial and economic sanitation of agricultural enterprises, and measures of the social and economic development of agricultural production were considered. Peculiar features of infrastructure and strategy of the innovation economics as well as state, goals and development principles of innovation activities in agriculture branch of Belarus were analyzed. Formation of market, entrepreneurial activity and ownership in agriculture were considered. Aims, strategy and achievement methods of the nation food independence, current problems of food market development and consolidation were stated. Methodological backgrounds of the cooperative system in agroindustrial complex, evaluation and perspectives of production cooperation and methods of the national cooperative and integration system of agriculture were presented. State and development of the production and ecological culture in agroindustrial complex including competitive ability of agricultural production, state and problems of agricultural reclamation and soil science, problems of resource saving technologies in agriculture were presented. Scientific provision of the stable and effective development of agroindustrial complex including review of the State Program on Village Recovery and Development for the years of 2005 – 2010, problems of personnel development were analyzed
