The nutrient medium is selected and the most productive scheme of a development cycle of hybrid catnip in vitro culture is fulfilled. It includes a number of consecutive stages: planting of explants on media with the activated coal and reception of the flooded conglomerates consisting of a considerable quantity of regenerants; division and change of regenerants on media without the activated coal and reception of high-grade plants; rooting of regenerants on the media with the raised content of auxins. The given scheme of microclonal reproduction allows to reduce a cycle of development from planting of explant to planting out it to ground from 2-3 months till 5-6 weeks, and also to receive more quantity of regenerants from one explant - 20-30 plants. In 2002 from 7 plants it is received 687 regenerants from which after adaptation 520 plants are grown up. In 2003 from 5 plants it is received 454 regenerants from which after adaptation 300 plants are grown up
