Analysis of a daily rhythm of bred paddle-fish (Polyodon spathula) larva for the development of the efficient biotechnical methods of young fish breeding was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. The number of the nutrition bodies provided the high intensity feeding activity of bred paddle-fish larva was established. There were found three peaks of the feeding activity increase in the daily rhythm. The preferred groups and species of nutrition bodies for the feeding of bred paddle-fish larva were determined. Analysis of food bolus composition of bred paddle-fish larva showed that in it there were presented almost all types of zooplankton (leaders - Cladocera, Euphyllopoda, Copepod). Number of feeder fish in quantity of 5 thousand specimen / liter made it possible to provide high intensity of fish feeding. In the daily feeding rhythm there was noted uprise by 6 and 20 hours and recessions by 12 and 22 hours of feeding activity. Inside the groups of feeder fishes which were preferred by larva there were stated Daphnia and Artemia salina
