In the present stage of development and perfection of market relations the financial policies are undergoing the radical changes; there is an increasing of its impact on accelerating of socio-economic development of the Republic of Belarus, as well as on increasing of production efficiency and strengthening the state finances. An important role in ensuring of all-round intensification of production and increasing of its efficiency belongs to profits. Taking place transformational market reformations imply a complete upgrading of the system of creation and distribution of profits, the formation of which is taking place simultaneously with searching for possible ways of moving towards it. The calculation of the normative level of profit in the conditions of the existing resources and the level of their use is presented; the ways of profit sharing are offered.
