Determination of a balance and dynamics of nutrients and humus in a crop rotation link depending on application of various types of organic fertilizers on sod-podzolic light loamy soil was realized in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. As a result of realized research it was revealed that reproduction of a content of the major agrochemical indicators in arable horizon was obtained after application of 60 t/ha of cattle straw manure, 60 t/ha of peat-manure compost, 40 t/ha cattle straw manure in a combination with 5 t/ha of winter triticale straw on a background of compound mineral fertilizer N210P160K330. Application of the presented fertilizer system also made it possible to obtain the maximal productivity (108.9-111.2 c/ha fodder units) of a crop rotation link maize (Zea mays) – spring triticale - blue lupine (Lupinus angustifolius) with a yield increase of 12.1-14.4 c/ha fodder units due to organic fertilizer application, and 24,3 c/ha fodder units due to compound mineral fertilizer.
