In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there were analysed methods of optimization of agro-ecotourism management system by means of specification of particular goals and determination of objectives for management structures of all levels and their realization through the governmental and non-governmental. The article deals with system of modern agro-ecotourism management system operating in the Republic of Belarus. There were proposed potential methods of its optimization which included the optimization of the functional system of management, specification of functions of the governing bodies and specification of imposed tasks. Research results showed that for the assurance of dynamic development of agro-ecotourism in the Republic of Belarus it is necessary to form the efficient management system based on cooperation of state and social structures. At the same time, one of the requirements of the efficient agro-ecotourism management should be resignation from tough centralization of accepted decisions and empowerment for management decision making at the local levels. At the same time, creation of a multi-level system of agro-ecotourism management and clear split of functions between regulatory functioning bodies and resolved issues will promote the increasing the efficiency of management, provision of stable functioning and developmemt of agro-ecotourism.
