Обоснование основных конструктивных параметров нового автоматического наполнителя контейнеров НК-40 в целях совершенствования технологического процесса наполнения контейнеров

The problem of storage of vegetables and potato is rather actual for the agriculture of the republic of Belarus. The most popular method of storage of vegetables and potato in agricultural enterprises of the republic - storage in containers filled with the help of bunkers – is not rather effective because of production damage in consequence of fall from height. Loading transporters, also providing filling of the containers, provokes great production losses. Because of this main goal of potato and vegetable-producing enterprises is declining of tubers' damage and increasing of the quality of the process of container filling. Container fillers are not produced in the Republic of Belarus; foreign ones are used. But they are not optimally suit for the conditions of the republican producing. That is why, substantiation of main constructive parameters of a new automatic filler of containers is necessary. With the help of method of a priory rating and social survey the next constructive parameters of container filler are outlined: productivity; container's movement speed; torsion torque; hydro-engine rotation frequency. According this theoretical data a principal scheme of automatic filler of containers NK-40 is developed. Main technical characteristics of the equipment are outlined.
