Формирование механизма определения риск-профиля и анализа рискового спектра в птицеводстве (на примере ГО 'Миноблптицепром')

The main direction of the further development of agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Belarus appears creation of effective behavioral strategy and tactics in risk situations, supplying sustainable competitiveness and profitability of production branch. Undervaluation of economic risks retards development of certain production branch and leads to stagnation of economic system. With the aim of the development of corporate risk-management on the enterprises of agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Belarus, formation of the effective mechanism of risk evaluation and analysis of risk types is carried out; 'Minsk Regional Association of Poultry Industry' is chosen as experimental base of the research. The article presents the diagram of risk distribution according to following types: strategic, operational, financial, hazard risks. The list of key components, covering the whole process of risk identification and analysis of companies, ranging from governance and work organization up to the risk management process and cooperation with other organizations is worked out. The developed model of risk management can be used by different enterprises and organizations, included in 'Minsk Regional Association of Poultry Industry'.
