Drying of linseed heap is one of the most energy-intensive manufacturing operations in the preparation of flax seeds. Therefore, under conditions of constant increase of energy prices, the challenge of improving of fuel efficiency of flax heap dryers is one of the most relevant in the production of flax seeds. Ways and means to improve the efficiency of drying flax heap - is the choice of the optimal mode of working regime, reversion of drying agent supply, the use of spent drying agent for pre-drying material, the use of vibration effects. There are two ways of vibration exposure to the intensification of heat and mass transfer: impact on the environment in which the product is dried up, and the product itself. The second method, called 'vibrated layer' is used for drying the granular and fibrous materials. To investigate the influence of parameters on the efficiency of the vibration process of drying process of linseed heap a lab setting is made. The scheme of the experimental laboratory unit is presented, the dependence of the flow temperature on the drying time is analyzed, modes and options for flax heap drying are reflected, basic characteristics of the process of flax heap drying in cycle regime are calculated.
