The major problem of formation of an effective control system managing to subjects is development of the theory and practice of interfarm planning. Essence of interfarm planning - a concrete definition of the purposes of development of the enterprise, separately taken division on the certain time interval. Such planning allows carrying out an estimation of all available resources at the enterprise. Correct planning of agricultural animals productivity allows to solve such problems, as: definition for an economy the structure of cattle-breeding branches, development of the plan of insemination and offspring reception, definition of annual need for forages, definition of the production cost price, and development of the zoo-veterinary and organizational-economic actions system. Detailed studying of all parameters allows defining reasons, braking branches development, to reveal ways of its elimination. In article ways of planning of efficiency of agricultural animals for one year are considered, most exact of them are determined, and also the group of the factors directly influencing increase of efficiency of animals which also are necessary for planning is allocated.
