In the conditions of market economy relationships between consumers and providers of different services are based on a contract, determining the most important parameters of business transaction along with rights and liabilities of the parties. A mechanism of the organization of economic relations between consumers and providers of services for the implementation of agrochemical operations, based on the principles of planning, analysis and quality control of works performed, which will increase the efficiency of agrochemical service is proposed in the article. Standard contract with all necessary points, rights, obligations and liabilities of each side is suggested; different penalties for nonperformance of a contract are offered. Efficiency of the proposed mechanism is evaluated.
