A method of artificial intelligence for parasitoses diagnostic was developed in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus. A tool for converting the initial image into a digital data vector has been developed in which filter for noise elimination of type 'salt and pepper' and median filter are realized. The software allowing to spend training and recognition of images is created, by means of the developed algorithm providing transformation of the initial digital image in a vector of coordinates of the fixed length and adapted for recognition of neural network' parasitological objects. A neuronal net for identifying parasitological objects has been modeled. Software for the artificial intelligence for parasitological objects identification has been developed. Methodological base of research were methods of an artificial intellect, neural networks, calculus mathematics, the mathematical modeling, object-oriented designing and programming.
