Black crowberry(Empetrum nigrum var. japonicum) is a low and creeping evergreen shrub that generally reaches 10~20cm in height and occurs only in Mt. Halla in South Korea. This study was conducted to investigate black crowberry's spatial distribution type and to estimate its genetic diversity and spatial genetic structure. The study plot was 2,400m²(60mx80m) in size, and a total of 189 samples were observed in the plot.
