Grading and sorting an indeterminate form of agricultural products such as sweet potatoes and potatoes are a labor intensive job because its shape and size are various and complicate. It costs a great deal to sort sweet potato in an indeterminate forms. There is a great need for an automatic grader fur the potatoes. Machine vision is the promising solution for this purpose.
