This study was performed to compare effect of anticancer activities on Rhodiola sachalinensis by ultrasonification process and solvent. Compared the yield to the water extracts (WE), water extracts with ultrasonification (WEU) at 60, 100℃ and ethyl alcohol extracts (EE), ethyl alcohol extracts with ultrasonification (EEU) at 60℃ from Rhodiola sachalinensis. Experimental studies were progressed through the anticancer activities such as cell cytotoxicity, inhibition activities of cell growth.
