Stem cells (SCs) have ability to perpetuate themselves through self-renewal without changing their physiological, molecular biological characters and to generate fully differentiated functional cells. Since their properties, SCs may have the potential to be used as a developmental model, a source for pharmaceutical screening and cell therapy for tissue regeneration. To investigate the in vivo characterization of them, we designed the in vivo cell containing system using mouse.
