A Priority of Regional Agricultural Policy using the Analytic Hierarchy Process in Changnyeong

The objective of this study is investigate a priority of regional agricultural policy by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) as analytical tool. AHP is to select the best alternative among the proposed alternatives by identifying the importance of each element which is classified many hierarchical decision-elements. Result of analysis, Changnyeong's agricultural experts evaluated very importantly onion and garlic. And results of overall valuation which is synthesized the weight of each agricultural products and regional agricultural characterization type, the production policy of high quality and safe agricultural products was evaluated the most highly. Therefore, the onion and garlic must get to be developed strategically, but the quality and food safety of agricultural products will be considered the most important development policy.
