A Study on Changes in Youth Employment Quality Patterns During COVID-19

The purpose of this study is to categorize changes in the quality of youth employment during the outbreak of COVID-19 and to identify the factors affecting them. For this purpose, data from the Youth Panel Survey (YP) of the Korea Employment Information Service was used. In the case of the original sample, data from the 13th and 14th surveys conducted in years 19 and 20 were used. And for additional samples, the 5th and 6th data surveyed in the same period were used. The analysis method used latent profile analysis and multinomial logistic analysis.
