The concentration of the non-ionized ammonia was measured in the water of the Dniester river and of its right tributaries throughout different years. It was higher than 0,0250 mg/dm3 (a necessary requirement for fish farming) in the following river sections: Naslavcea village (0,0510 mg/dm3), downstream Soroca town (0,045 mg/dm3), below the confluence with the Bac river (0,0750 mg/dm3), Suclea village (0,0376 mg/dm3), Olanesti village (0,0425 mg/dm3), Palanca village (0,029 mg/dm3). In the tributary water the NH3 content was from 0,0110 to 1,1400 mg/dm3 at50C and – from 0,0260 to 3,2800 mg/dm3 at 150C (respectively, the Ichel river at the village of Ratus, and the Bac river after the town of Calarasi). 34 references, 4 tables
