Prepackaging of cassava for extension of shelf life

In the present investigation, it was found that ventilated polyethylene bags enhance the shelf life of cassava tubers. The maximum acceptable shelf life of 120 hours was obtained in ME 116 variety at temperature of 21 to 26 deg C, and R.H. of 72 to 78%
