Seroprevelance of Newcastle disease was lower (75.7;) than infectious Bursal disease (77.2;) in Vidarbha region. The highest seroprevelance of ND was noticed in Akola district (88.57;) followed by Nagpur district (77.95;) and Amravati district (55.93;). The highest HI GMT was noticed in sera of birds from Akola district (62.6;) followed by Nagpur district (47.9;) and Amravati district (40.5;). A genometric increase in titer was observed from the 4-5 weeks of age whereas there was hardly any difference in HI GMT from 2-3 weeks of age. The highest seroprevalence of IBD was recorded in Akola district (99.43;) followed by Amravati district (76.83;) and Nagpur district (70.30;). The highst mean ELISA titer of antibodies against IBD was found in 5 week old birds and lowest in 1-2 weeks old birds. Although the birds of 4 weeks of age showed protective titers against IBD, they remained susceptible to infections on some of the farms in Nagpur and Amravati.
