The problem of unemployment among educated youths is growing and in an increasing trend. Agriculture sector has enough scope to provide gainful employment of them but it is not yet fully exploited. Vocational training is designed to bridge up such gap. During training and workshop, it is possible to ascertain the need of the enterprises and accordingly the fishery, propagation of horticultural crops need to be popularized and the required skills are to be imparted so that the job seeking youths can be question provided enough incentive to have a relook into the enterprises. This would help in organizing need-based training programmes in solving unemployment problems among the educated youth.
