Endophytic hyphomycetous fungi associated with some medicinal plants from Telangana state, India

unknown. Twenty seven medicinal plants were selected and screened for endophytic hyphomycetous fungi during 2011-2013. Following standard methods, endophytes were isolated from their respective host plants. Out of total isolates, identification of sporulating hyphomycetous fungi reveals 33 taxa of endophytic fungi representing 16 genera. This study also reveals the fact that about 20 hyphomycetous endophytes isolated form new additions to their respective hosts.
