Calf eel/line passage 150 was caltured in 20 povisky plask, using yle +%10 fetalcalf serum. when the cells were completly monolayered inoculated with rinderpest vaccine plowright strain. when 80% CPE was observed the cells and overlayed media harvested and b in 2 ml amount in 8 ml vials and h. p vaccine reconstitute in strill diluent and 0.1, 1 and 100 doses prepared and in oculated into succeb cattle with on cattle c as a control. three weeks later the titer of antibody were detected and found that all inoculated cattle had sufficient antibody. All cattle inoculated with virulant virus, all t cattle ever the one which received 0- 1 vaccinal dose previously rotected while the control showed specific Dymtoms of the RP. disease and died shortly aftervard. All vaccinated cattle were slughered in 2 months intervals in order to determin tumorgenicity of the vaccine and found to be all Negative, so the vaccine has protected all vaccinated cattle against viulent a without any sideffects.
