Pomegranate is nation for Iran. At present Iran is the first producer and exporter of pomegranate in the world and there is possibility for increasing of area and yield and rate of exporting of pomegranate.The important methods for breeding of pomegranate are selection, hybridization and mutation but for transfer of characters,hybridation is imply. For the purpose of character transfer of soft-seedless from soft-seedless cultivars that hasn,t market favorit with comerical cultivars in Yazd province, hybridation was done. This research carried out in country pomegranate germplasm collection, since 2002 for five years, from soft-seedless gynotypes that were provided from country different locations in agricultural and natural resourse research of Yazd province. Soft_seedless gynotypes were malas-yazdy cultivar was use for female parent and male parent was gynotype that from country different locations. In the first spring, pomegranate flowers were estamulate. (Remove stamen) for transfer character of soft-seedless and pollens were provide from male parent (softseedless gynotypes). When conversion flowers to fruit, seeds of fruit culture on farm and we determinate modify in sexual and asexual characters.
