In order to evaluate, regenerate and preserve wheat germplasms of Cereal Research Department Collection, this experiment was carried out during three cropping years (2008-2011). In each year 1000-1200 accessions were planted in field in two rows with 1m length and 30cm between the rows. The checks were: Shahriar and pishtaz cultivars in first year, Bahar, Kavir, Backcross roshan, Shariar and pishtaz ultivars in second years, Shahriar, alvand and pishtaz cultivars in third years. Some traits including: Days to heading, plant height, waxiness, seed color, spike color, and days to maturity were recorded. All noticed traits showed a good variability except days to maturity. Among evaluated accessions during three cropping years (2008-2011), numbers 40568, 41018 and 41032 were the earliest, numbers 5082, 5175, 2981, 4688, 4885, 5015, 5016, 47824, 5172 and 4692 were latest. After harvesting, threshing and cleaning, samples were compared with registered characters and original accessions that related to them. Then accessions were replaced and maintained (80gr seeds with two spikes). From second year experiment and third year experiment 28 and 34 accession were selected for using in future breeding program respectively.
