Our country has arid and semi arid climatic condition, so moisture is one of main factors to limit the fruitful plants in arid period. Nowadays, management of water and soil resources is one of major techniques for contrast with arid environment and possibility to growth plant in arid term. According to degradation process of water resources, soil, and plant vegetation, using principal methods are necessary to for conservation of these resources and livelihood of the area. The area of rainfall collection is superior manner to optimize using rainfall. So the purpose of this study is comparison of efficiency of three kind of system for storing precipitation up in the different area to obtain runoff, and subsequently increase soil moisture and to check erosion, rainfall hold, vegetation maintain and to improve finally economic condition of the village people. Based on the research methodology, at first the different shapes of the polygon area (lozenge, flat, and circle) and with three mulch of compacted soil with pug, plastic with stone layer, testate area and natural testate area (without any operation) in three frequencies that it performed finally with 28 polygons and in during of the vegetation growth in the study area (except winter season) using weight method the soil moisture inside of 27 polygons determined and one study area was without any change in the three deeps; 0-15 cm, 15-30 cm, 30-50 cm. the calculation period of moisture did once per week in the rainfall times and 2-3 time per week. And also for determination of runoff from each rainfall there were 9 storing with 100 litters for determination of runoff volume it performed in three kinds of mulches of compacted soil within pug, plastic with stone layer and testate area with three frequencies. After data collection, out put of each polygons of rainfall collection area, calculated, as effect in increasing in constant of moisture in soil in three soil deeps. I also used random complete blocks and regression in SPSS software for analysis the data. Finally results were including selection of polygon of plastic mulch with stone layer as stone layer best option for increasing soil moisture in the area that has little rainfall in dry season. (Because based on performed study, if there is not rainfall more than 1 mm in dry season, doing of this study don't have any advantages).
