Investigation and selection of the best rootstocks for sweet lime in mountainous of jiroft.

Sweet lemon citrus species in one of the most mountainous Jiroft which is very satisfactory qualitative and quantitative. Important economic figures in recent decades mainly because plants were propagated by cutting of the old gardens are also available and most problems are gone or have lost .thus, the use of hybrid seedling and consistent rootstocks,while also increasing the economic life of the tree also increasing the quality and quantity of the product .thus ,this research is considered sweet lemon grafting varieties. in this research , the five rootstocks compatibility bakrai, sour orange, rough lemon, Mexican lime and volkameriana, in randomized complete block design with three replication in Nerab region were studied .during the implementation of all trees under drip irrigation systems located and care gardening including, nutrition, weed wild and exercise is the same for all the trees. During the implementation of product yield, total soluble solids(TSS), total acidity(TA) vitamin C, fruit length, fruit diameter, fruit weight, tree diameter, width and height of the tree measured and resulting data SAS software analysis of variance and means were compared by Duncan test .combined analysis showed: rootstocks on yield, vitamin C, fruit diameter, trunk diameter and width of tree at P 1 and height of tree at P 5 were significant. Also on the compared means bakrai and Mexican lime were the best rootstocks. Keywords: Sweet lemon, rootstock, citrus, Jiroft, Compatibility.
