Two factors which are increasing the agricultural income counted the immediate sale the agricultural products for tourists, transformations of productional directions and help in agricultural works. The hiring of rooms is the main factor of increasing the agricultural income and too charging the services loco farm and possibility of the additive employment. In groups of limiting factors pay respect to non-profitable changes in land use, degradation of agricultural environment and excessive decrement of man power and also competiveness in satisfying the consumption needs and in disposing of time and deterioration living conditions of agricultural population
