Studies on interactions between exchangable cations and cadmium, copper and lead in mineral soils. Pt. 1. Effect of calcium cation
1995
Gaszczyk, R. | Paszko, T. (University of Agriculture, Lublin (Poland). Dept. of General Chemistry)
Model studies were conducted upon the course and the range of sorption-desorption processes of cadmium, copper and lead cations while saturating the three mineral soils with them, and also during leaching with water and a calcium cation in the forced flow conditions. A cadmium cation appeared to be the most mobile in the three tested soils. Leaching of heavy metals, previously sorbed, with a calcium caton showed a variable value of their desorption, depending on the kind of soil
