Ensiling of intergeneric grass hybrids

The cultivars of the intergeneric Lolium x Festuca hybrids: Becva, Perun and Felina, and mixtures of grass hybrid cultivars with red clover cv. Vesna were ensiled in experimental vessels. The silages were stored at the temperature above 20 degree C for half a year and a year. They were analysed for the nutrients, ferment acids contents and pH. The quality of silages according to the Flieg-Zimmer scale was poor and decreassed with the time storage
