[New ways of intensification of the educational process]

In this article the author views the new approach in improving efficiency of staff teaching. Latvia is joining the EU and it makes the problem of competence ability at the labour market to be of a great importance. Recently in the society appeared urgent problems of continuous training - lifelong learning, problem of organizational development ensuring competitive advantage - learning organizations, problem of knowledge management in organizations and organizational culture focused on the exchange of knowledge - knowledge management. These directions in management have resulted in active search for innovations in educational process. For last two decades personnel development, as the most valuable asset of any organization, became the most important direction in the theory of management. For more than seven years the author was carrying out experiment on training groups of employees of various enterprises using method of associations. The received data allow to form conclusion about success of application of the methods, offered by the author, their efficiency and rather small material inputs necessary for trainings.
