Staphylococcus aureus is the most important and prevalent contagious mammary pathogen. Treatment will not control this disease, but it may shorten the duration of the infection. This investigation analysis changes in milk components (fat, lactose, proteins, somatic cells, bacterial infection) in treating cows with the following medications: Noroclav, Synulox LC, Synulox RTU. Using Noroclav SCC decreased 59.93%. Treatment had positive effects in 70% of the treated cows, but in 30% of the treated cows were discharged S. aureus. During the treatment with Synolux LC, there was no statistically significant relationship of SCC with bacterial contamination of milk samples. Summarise the results of the treatment, it is noteworthy to mention that out of 9 cows treated, the affected quarters were 6 (44.4%). In comparison, non-effective treatment can be explained by S.aureus resistance to Synulox-LC components. Using systematic treatment Synulox-LCA and Synulox-RTU SCC decreased 25.59%. Bacteriological evaluation of the samples revealed S.aureus (30.0%), 70% no microbes were discharged by the test group.
