The article deals with an overview on the methodical guidelines - Tenapor. The methodical guidelines for designers and builders - elaborated by the scientists of Latvia University of Agriculture (U. Iļjins, J. Skujāns, S.Štrauss, A. Vulāns). The theoretical basic of the thermal and moisture process in buildings delimiting constructions is described, particular attention is paid to moisture condensation processes, and analysis of draying process in building constructions is given in the methodical guidelines.
