Latvian. Rakstā analizēti Eiropā un Latvijā aktuāli satiksmes infrastruktūras pilnveidošanas jautājumi. Analizēta ekonomiskās krīzes ietekme uz transporta sistēmas noslogojumu. Sakarā ar to, ka 90% no autotransporta parka un plūsmām sastāv no vieglām mašīnām, īpaši analizēta un prognozēta iedzīvotāju automobilizācijas līmeņa dinamika un ar to saistītā transporta kustības intensitāte, t.sk. Kurzemes reģionā. Rekomendēta metode vieglā transporta perspektīvās kustības intensitātes aplēsēm. Pamatojoties uz ilggadēju pieredzi satiksmes infrastruktūras analīzē un plānošanā, apkopotas galvenās problēmas nozares attīstībā.
Show more [+] Less [-]English. Mobility of people in Europe and Latvia including increases as a result of the empowerment of increasingly diverse modes. The dynamic development of mobility gives rise to various problems: the high level boot of roads and urban roads creates traffic jams that cause additional consumption of gasoline, human time, and also adversely affects the environment, increases the number of accidents on the roads. The main task of development of transport policy in developed countries is the creation of a sustainable transport system stable. Main poblemy that must be addressed when creating this system are to raise living standards, create a safe and accessible to all segments of the population of the transport system.The article deals with current issues Europe and Latvia regarding the implementation of the transport infrastructure. The impact of the economic crisis on the transport system load is analyzed. Due to the fact that 90% of the transport park and the traffic flow consists of private vehicles, special care and attention is devoted to the analysis and forecast of the population motorization level dynamic and the corresponding traffic flow dynamic, including the Kurzeme region. A methodology for the research of the personal vehicle traffic flow forecast. Based on the many years’ experience in the field of infrastructure analysis and planning, the main problems of the industry are summarized. Our studies show that the intensity of traffic and level of motorization associated with the dynamics of change in gross domestic product of the state. Within 20-30 years the gross domestic product per capita in Latvia could reach the level of the European Union, with conditions, which will also be improving the welfare of its citizens and the level of motorization.
