The purpose of the Foundation National Rice Research Institute (SNRI) for the enhancement of the rice culture in the entire country, is to do scientific and applied research within the rice sector. By doing this they see to it that good plant material is available for the rice farmers. This booklet further contains articles concerning management, structure, personel, the financial year and annual reports, statutes changes and house rules.
