DEUTSCH: Oelgehalt (I) und Fettsaeurenzusammensetzung (II) von Raps, Sonnenblumen, Soja und Senf in der Mongolei in Abhaengigkeit von Varietaet und Anbauorten. Die Samen einzelner Oelpflanzenvarietaeten unterscheiden sich hinsichtlich der II kaum, zeigen jedoch Unterschiede im I. Im Samenoel von Raps ist gaschromatographisch keine Erucasaeure nachweisbar, dagegen enthaelt Samenoel von Senf 15.5.%.
