The factors like cuture medium(A) and 2,4 cell stages(B1,B2) among the discussed factors had an significant effet on development of early embryo, with the proportion of contribution of 50 percent. The tissue culture medium(TCM-199) showed the higher culturing proportion of some 3 folds than Dlbecco phsophate buffered saline(D-PBS) as culture medium for early embryo culture. Medium added foetal calf serum(FCS) showed tendency of some high developmental rate in proprtion to bovine serum albmin(BSA), but no significant difference.
