Parenteral administration of a strong single dose of synthetic mammalian gonadoliberin before the onset of the egg laying to puberal geese, normally fed or fasted, provoked in 24 hours a marked hypertrophia and hyperplasia of the mucosa in the magnum and uterus tracts of the oviduct, with dramatic secretory response particularly in the mucosa of fasting geese.
Show more [+] Less [-]ITALIANO: La somministrazione di una unica forte dose di GnRH('3) sintetico di mammifero poco prima dell'inizio dell'ovoproduzione a oche ibride alimentate o digiunanti da 17 giorni, ha provocato in 24 ore marcata ipertrofia ed iperplasia della mucosa dei tratti albumogeno (magnum) e calcigeno (uterus) dell'ovidutto, con evidenti manifestazioni di secrezione soprattutto a carico dei soggetti digiunanti.
