DEUTSCH: In Zusammenhang mit dem Fachbereich Ernaehrung und Hauswirtschaft an der Fachhochschule Muenster hat die Bundesanstalt fuer Arbeitsschutz eine Seminarkonzeption "Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz in Einrichtungen der Gemeinschaftsverpflegung" entwickelt. Mit diesem Beitrag beginnt eine Serie, die Auszuege aus dieser Konzeption vorstellt. Im ersten Teil geht es um die rechtlichen Grundlagen des Arbeitsschutzes.
