DEUTSCH: Bericht ueber den 13. Kongress der Internationalen Gesellschaft fuer Getreidewissenschaft und -technologie in Wien. Der Kongress, dessen Tagungsschwerpunkt "Neue Trends in der Getreidenahrung" war, gliederte sich in die vier Sektionen Vermarktung, Ernaehrung, Rohstoffe und Verarbeitung. In den 29 Vortraegen wurde insbesondere auf die Nichtbrotgetreidearten Hafer, Gerste, Reis, Hirse, Mais und Buchweizen eingegangen. [S-91-04893].
