Phruttikam khong watchaphut C4.

At least 41 species in 32 genera of 10 families of weeds found in Thailand were believed to be C4 plants. C4 weeds were highly competitive when plants were grown under conditions of low soil moisture, high light intensity, high temperature and low CO2 concentration. Under conditions of high moisture, low light intensity, low temperature and high CO2 concentration, C3 weeds were more competitive. There was no evidence supporting herbicides may translocate from roots to leaves of C4 plants less than in C3 plants causing less injury to plants.
