DEUTSCH: Bei 14 Kopfsalatsorten ergaben sich bei Herbst- und Fruehjahrskultur im Gewaechshaus trotz relativ grosser Streuung deutliche Sortenunterschiede im Nitratgehalt. Bellona und Pandora weisen die geringsten, Panlight und Jessy die hoechsten Gehalte auf. Der Einfluss des Erntezeitpunktes war relativ gering.
