The application of multivariate statistical techniques to parameters, usually employed to follow the growing of two varieties (Cabernet Sauvignon and Cannonau), trained with two different methods (tunnel and espalier), evidenced that the first principal component brings useful information for a better understanding of the problem. Besides, total anthocyanins and two different ratios (R1 = 3,4,5 tri-substituted/3,4 di-substituted; R2 acetic esters/ p-coumaric esters) permitted to clarify some differences between varieties and training systems.
Show more [+] Less [-]ITALIANO: L'applicazione dei metodi statistici multivariati (ACP) a parametri normalmente utilizzati per seguire le curve di crescita di due varieta' di Vitis vinifera (Cabernet Sauvignon e Cannonau), allevate con due diversi sistemi (spalliera e tendone), hanno evidenziato che la prima componente principale si prende carico d'informazioni utili a tale descrizione. L'utilizzo della carica antocianina totale e di due diversi rapporti riguardanti le antocianine libere ed esterificate (R1 = 3,4,5 trisostituiti/3, 4 disostituiti; R2 acetati/ p-cumarati) ha permesso inoltre di completare l'informazione utile al fine di evidenziare differenze tra i sistemi di allevamento e le varieta'.
