Respondents enjoyed learning agricultural core courses because they used them in their daily lives and the courses gave them a vocational subject matter base; 2. most of the agriculture teachers had 1-4 years experience teaching two subjects in each semester and performed other responsible duties. The teachers had only some understanding about the curriculum; 3. Agriculture teachers moderately used core course content taken from the handbook and they found the following appropriate: teaching period, behavioral objectives, teaching materials, methodology and evaluation; 4. Some problems often encountered by teachers were related to students and teaching materials.
