In the cultivation of many special crops there is no crop rotation, thus no change in the products and groups of active substances applied. To keep the disadvantages arising therefrom at the lowest possible level, specific and as low-dosed as possible addition of the active substances to the crop is necessary. This implies knowledge of the flow and drift conditions in the population. These conditions referring to hop plants have been examined in detail and the findings are presented.
