The Authors describe a case of spontaneous infarction, from an anatomo-pathologic point of view, in a Great Dane dog. The pathogenesis of the lesion is referred to valvular and arteriolar thromoembolism. The Authors conclude that the prevalent left irrogation under go with more frequence to infarction process.
