DEUTSCH: In diesem Beitrag werden nach Darlegung der landwirtschaftlichen Ausgangslage in Ostdeutschland die Ziele, Besonderheiten und Probleme bei der Durchfuehrung von Flurneuordnungsverfahren nach dem LwAnpG aufgezeigt. Die im Wege der Flurneuordnung zu vollziehenden Verfahren zur Feststellung und Neuordnung der Eigentumsverhaeltnisse stellen eine entscheidende Grundlage fuer den erforderlichen Umstrukturierungsprozess in der Landwirtschaft dar. Die Bewaeltigung der Folgeprobleme einer kollektivierten Landwirtschaft stehen im Mittelpunkt der vordringlichen Aufgaben im Neuordnungsgeschehen der neuen Bundeslaender.

Having explained the overall situation of agriculture in East Germany, this paper shows the aims, special features and problems related to the reorganisation of cultivated land in accordance with the Act on Agricultural Adaption (LwAnPG). The recording and reorganisation of titles to land is an important basis for the necessary restructuring process in agriculture. To cope with the problems resulting from the former collective agriculture is one of the priority tasks concerning land rearrangement in the rural regions of the newly established federal countries.
