The given research deals with the advantages and problems of cows feeding during pasture time. Proper feeding of cows in transition period from winter feed to pastures is pointed out. The problems and advantages concerning cows' health and productivity depending on high-quality pastures are discussed. Physiological processes in cows' organisms especially in their stomachs and digestive tracts during grazing are explained. The possible diseases and other troubles are described, some measures of disease control and treatment are recommended.
